Finishing the deck was first up this morning. I eventually got around to adding crushed gravel under the bricks and tamping it down to make it more stable. Already we'd had some rain, and more was on the way...
I got to work on planing and cutting the new batch of fence boards to finish up the ceiling, which took a good part of the day. First ones in place:
With the afternoon, the rain clouds rolled in. And before long, work came to a halt in the downpour. Even with the various tools under the cover of the carport, the slightest breeze can deposit droplets on them, so I called it a day, covered all of my tools and just enjoyed the rain.
