Day 63

With all of the traffic in and out of the trailer, I needed to have a sturdy "deck" outside. I did find a decent heavy wood pallet next to a dumpster in Payson, but I wanted to reinforce it.

We had some leftover pallets on the property from when the bricks were delivered for the retaining walls that I built a couple of years ago. I thought it might be nice to add this weathered wood to the top of my pallet for a rustic look.

Cutting and placing the wood. At some point during this process, I had to run to the hardware store in Pine to grab some weather-resistant deck screws.

Further along...

It was creeping up on the late afternoon. I decided to finish the deck in the morning, because Sooz and I wanted to go show our support at a Pride gathering in Pine.

One shot of the temporary "workshop" area of the carport!
