I started the day with installing the mounting brackets to the roof, drilling the holes in the flashing and roof to close it up, and sealing everything with high heat sealant:
The manufacturer recommended leaving an insulation gap around the pipe, so this area will be left empty:
Installing the first ceiling plank. These are old cedar fence boards from my folks. They're all in pretty rough shape on the outside, but a few passes through the planer and they are good as new.
Second and third planks in place. I went back to using black drywall screws for these - I think it just looks better with the darker wood:
We notched this plank with the jigsaw to allow space for the pipe. Pausing for today - it was almost 100 degrees in the trailer around noon. Tomorrow I'll install the trim plate to finish this up, then continue on the ceiling planks:
